Updating or Adding an address is easy.

Located on your Account Page, link at the top right  of every page.  On a smaller screen such as your phone it might switch to an icon of a person. Click or press on this and you will go to your account page.

Because when your account is approved, you are automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program, earned rewards need to be tracked via an account.

Rewards are added to your account when your order is marked complete.

We accept checks, money orders and credit / debit cards.  Options will be presented at checkout.

Shipping & FAQ

Are our packages shipped in discreet packaging? Yes. Our packages are generic cardboard brown indestructible boxes that will be delivered by UPS or USPS. The contents of the shipment will not be written on the box. We will ship discretely under the name “Order Fulfillment”. Here at JackBGoods we are huge fans of Kratom. We feel privileged to be a part of this industry and know our customers expect great product and service which we are more than happy to do everything we can to meet those expectations.

Shipping Times

Free Shipping is via Ups Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  UPS Ground packages arrive in 1 to 3 business days. UPS Priority Mail packages arrive in 1 to 3 business days.

Faster Options are presented at checkout.

Free Shipping is automatic after your shopping cart sub-total is $49 or more. For orders less than $49 you can choose your shipping method from those presented.
