Great Order Process & Super Friendly Customer ServiceI just placed my first order from jackbgoods and couldn't be more pleased with the help they provided and the questions they answered. Almost immediate response to my email inquiries and they even wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. I will be coming back to post a separate review of the product quality and delivery next week. There are so many interesting things on this site I have written a list of things I plan to buy in the future...20 so far! I will definitely be spreading the word about this site and incredible staff. I think they should place an option to mark the customer experience as 'Outstanding' !Update ----- 11/28/19 ----- Way More Than I Expected.In my first review I had just placed my first order and was blown away by the customer service. The person I chatted/emailed was just so very friendly, I instantly wanted to be friends. I received my product today,(it would've come earlier but Thursday was Thanksgiving!), and there were several things I noticed right off. They used exactly the right amount of packaging. Since I am a big fan of nature and especially our trees, I appreciated that jackbgoods.com was also conscious of the environment. Then I noticed a sweet little heart shaped sticker on the corner of the box that said "Thank You". Honestly, I can't remember the last time a company thanked me with such a personal touch! Now, on to the product! What I ordered is extremely hard to find in a good quality, but what I received from jackbgood.com was excellent quality and I am extremely happy with it. My husband and I are going to start stock piling water and food and we will be buying most of our supplies from here. If you are browsing through these reviews trying to decide whether to purchase something from this site, I would highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and go to the order page and just do it. I have already suggested this site to my family and friends and plan to become an affiliate for them as well.
