These guys know what they are doing. Total pros.Rewards program could use a little love, it's very lacking--but the service they provide is terrific. Lots of coupons available for return-buyers. I've only had to call them once--today actually--because of confusion with a coupon. They picked up on the first ring and resolved the issue in like a minute. Turns out they are getting a ton of new clientele due to the COVID19 situation, but if any company is going to pull through gracefully it's these guys. They know what they are selling and they know how to sell it to their consumers. But damn give the rewards or coupons a little more umph!
