Auto-Ship Product Subscription Program allows you to subscribe to receive products at a set frequency. Your order is automatically generated, charged to your credit / debit card and shipped at that frequency until you cancel your subscription. Cancel at anytime. You will receive email notifications including order receipt, credit / debit card receipt and shipping notice along with package tracking links.
Choosing an Auto-Ship Subscription product will create a Subscription to that product as defined in the description.
(Ex: 4 Dozen each 2 weeks until canceled. Cancel at any time. )
Setting up a product to Auto-Ship is easy:1. Choose a subscription product(do not combine subscription and non-subscriptions in the same order)2. Add to your shopping cart (the subscription is reviewed in the shopping cart; not the checkout page)3. Review and Proceed to Checkout4. Verify / select billing and shipping addresses (used for the entire subscription)5. Shipping and Payment options are presented and will be the only options displayed.6. Confirm your subscription order(credit card to be used for the entire subscription)

Creating your Auto-Ship Account

If you wish to select two products to automatically ship you would create 2 separate subscriptions.
When your order is successfully processed, you will see a order success page confirming your order. You will receive email notifications including order receipt, credit / debit card receipt and shipping notice along with package tracking links.
Canceling Your Automatic Shipments
In order to cancel an automatic shipment you will need to contact us via email or by phone. Auto-Ship Subscription can be canceled at any time. Because we ship fast, please contact us right away when you receive a notice of a new order shipment. Once your order has shipped, we cannot stop it. If you don't want it, standard return policy applies.

How often can I get my subscription delivered?
You can get your subscription delivered in 2 week and 1 month frequencies. (We can customize for you, contact us)

Can I purchase both a subscription item and a non-subscription item in the same order?
Currently our system does not support the purchase of both a subscription and non-subscription item in the same order. Please purchase subscription and non-subscription items in the separate orders. Separate orders may be combined into one shipment if possible.

How do I change or cancel my subscription once I have one?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply contact us anytime for assistance managing each of your Auto-Ship Product Subscriptions.
When will I receive my first subscription order?
Your first subscription order will ship out within one business day from the date that you place your order. Your next order will ship out according to your selected frequency. For example; if you subscribed on a Thursday, for a every 2 weeks subscription then your next order will be on Thursday in 2 weeks. Monthly subscriptions will be on the same day of the month as the day you placed your original order.
How do I track my order?

Auto-Ship Product Subscription Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Auto-Ship Product Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for our Auto-Ship Product Subscriptions (the "Program"). These Terms are between you and JKL Properties, LLC JackBGoods Outlet Store and/or its affiliates or "Us" or JackBGoods.com, and govern our respective rights and obligations. Together with JackBGoods.com Terms & Conditions, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Us.
We charge lower prices for subscription products - Subscribe and Save with our subscription program.
Your first shipment of each Auto-Ship Product Subscription order you place will be processed when you sign up, and we'll charge your credit card for the price of the item, plus tax where applicable. Credit cards are the only payment method accepted.
Subscription orders are available in the intervals outlined in the auto-ship product subscription. You select the product with the frequency with which you want to receive new orders, and we'll send out the shipments on that schedule automatically. Orders cannot be changed once subscribed but may be canceled at any time.
An estimated delivery day will be available once shipped and appears in your “My Account” once each new order has been automatically processed. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time. Tracking links, provided via email, are provided to precisely track your shipments.

Select items offered by JackBGoods.com are eligible for the Auto-Ship Product Subscription program. To see a full list of eligible items, visit Subscription Products. Eligible items can be shipped within and to the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for other locations.
You must have a JackBGoods.com “Account” to register for a subscription and purchase items through the Auto-Ship Product Subscription program. We reserve the right to accept or refuse subscription orders at our discretion.
If any problems arise with the shipping address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your subscription asking that you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription. Your subscription may be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved and the subscription has been reactivated.
We maintain and assign reserve inventory for all auto-ship accounts, in the extremely rare chance that any Auto-Ship Product Subscription program item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order as soon as possible for a two week period. If the item does not become available during that two week period, we will notify you that the order has been canceled and we will attempt to send the next shipment on schedule.
If any Auto-Ship Product Subscription program product is no longer available, we will make our best efforts to replace the item with a comparable item, however if a comparable item does not exist we will cancel the subscription and notify the customer.
If we are not able to send any installment of your Auto-Ship Product Subscription program order because of a problem with your JackBGoods.com account, including billing problems, we will notify you via email using the email address associated with your subscription. In such case, your Auto-Ship Product Subscription program subscription may be automatically suspended and no additional Auto-Ship Product Subscription program orders will be processed or shipped until you correct the problem and reactivate your subscription.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, you will only be charges for orders that have been shipped to you.
Limitation of Liability
IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS CONTAINED IN JACKBGOODS.COM’S TERMS & CONDITIONS, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR AUTO-SHIP PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS, SUBSCRIPTION OR THE PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE AUTO-SHIP PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS, SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ACTUALLY MADE BY YOU DURING THE COURSE OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE ANY CANCELATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
