Orders Less Than $49

A non-refundable $5 shipping and handling fee is charged to customers who are signed into their JackBGoods.com account when they place an order totaling less than $49 (before tax) that is shipped to one address within the contiguous United States. This $5 shipping and handling fee will not be charged for items that incur an associated delivery surcharge as described above.

Orders of $49+

Except for certain exceptions noted below, no shipping and handling is charged to customers who are signed into their JackBGood.com account for standard ground delivery on orders of $49 or more before tax and shipped to one address within the contiguous United States.

Please note: Because of our reward programs we do not support "Guest Checkout".  And, because we feature adult products all Customers need to verify their age to complete their order.  This is a one time process that moves you to VIP status and your orders will be expidited, processed and shipped same day / next day.  AGE VERIFICATION
 

Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
 

International and P.O. Box Orders

JackBGood.com only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). JackBGoods ships to P.O. Box addresses, this may require an additional fee because we are forced to use one carrier to complete your order.
 

Third-Party and Manufacturer Shipped Products

Items shipping from the manufacturer: Please refer to the item page on JackBGoods.com for shipping lead times as they vary.  Expedited shipping is NOT available for third-party items.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier's website.
 

Expedited Shipping Rules

To qualify for expedited shipping, JackBGoods must receive your order on Monday–Friday before 10am CT Central Time). JackBGoods does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs., and not contain any hazardous materials.

Expedited orders only ship on business days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you have any questions, call customer service at 601-884-0054.
 

Same-Day Shipping

Get same-day shipping on most orders placed by 10pm CT local time.*

* Same-day shipping is available on most orders within the contiguous U.S. when your order is placed by 10:00am CT local time Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the specific item page for exceptions and shipping information.

Please note: We want to get your package to you as fast as possible so we offer a free upgrade on USPS Priority Express shipping to UPS Next Day Air.  So your order goes from 1-2 day shipping with USPS to 1 day shipping via UPS.
 

Next-Day Delivery

Next-Day Delivery is available for select items only and may be limited or otherwise unavailable based on the shipping address of the customer. To qualify for Next-Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 10am CT local time Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated delivery information.

Please note: Items shipped on Friday for next day delivery will be processed and shipped on Friday but delivery will be Monday.
 

JackBGoods cannot export products at this time.
